placement. The company stock is listed on Shanghai
Security Exchange in 11 Nov 1996.
The company mainly deals in: non-ferrous metal composite materials, new type alloy materials, aluminum and aluminum alloy plates, belts, foils, aluminum section materials and product manufacture and machining etc. By the end of Dec 2004, total assets reaches RMB 500 million, annual sale for aluminum materials is 31.5 thousand tons. The main operation business income is RMB458.5459 million with RMB20.2568 million net profit.
The company is one of the biggest company in east of China engaged in the professional machining and plating of industrial aluminum, aluminum alloy plates, belts and aluminum section materials and has a leading position in the industry of aluminum plating in Zhejiang. The company owns two non separate legal units, which is aluminum material plant and aluminum section material plant. Aluminum material plant, originally named Ningbo Double Ends Co, Ltd Aluminum Material Plant, established new aluminum production line for plates and belts in 1992 with main equipment such as smelting system, φ800×1550mm double roller reversible hot mill, 360/φ800×1400mm four roller non reversible cold mill, crossbar joint cutter,15t annealing furnace etc. Main products are aluminum plates, aluminum belts, aluminum wafer at various specifications which are widely used in the machining industries for cosmetic packing, home appliance, household aluminum products and so on. The pure aluminum plates for industrial use have been awarded with the title of Quality Product in the province.
The company invested RMB200 million on the project of expansion and technical reform for aluminum materials. The annual capacity reaches 36000 tons for three production lines for aluminum plate after 1450mm non reversible cold mill and other machines are included. At the same time, the company is focused on developing high precision aluminum plates such as “1100”colored coating plates, “3004”aluminum magnesium alloy plates for lighting with high potentials in market and high values and producing in batch quantities for markets.
The branch office for aluminum industry owns a complete set of production line for smelting, extrusion and oxidation. The extrusion equipment includes four production lines for 1630 tons, 800 tons, 500 tons. The key technical equipments are imported directly from abroad. The annual capacity reaches more than 8000 tons. The company is capable of producing various brands of aluminum section materials with more than 3000 categories which are widely used in building, industry, traffic and environmental production fields. The main business scope is 110,120,140 series screen wall section materials, section materials used in industrial radiator, section materials in tourism articles, section materials for medical oxygen supply equipment, section materials for flashlight series, section materials for power tool, section materials for postage and telegram, section materials for lawn lighting etc. More than 70% of products are exported to countries and districts all over the world such as America, Europe, Japan and Southeast Asia.
